    According to www.bbc.co.uk/sport/boxing :think

Not sure who it would be against..... Molitor perhaps :think

He is also ranked #3 with the WBC so there are plenty of options other than Dunne for Munroe.

I'd like to see him make the transition sooner rather than later. There are no meaningful fights for either the Afrobum or EBU titles at the moment, nor at domestic level..... so go to the States and fight some Mexicans or go for the world title.

Could be against Mathebula who recently dropped a split-decision against Caballero, which was a slightly controversial decision apparently.

Its probably not a final eliminator. If Munroe gets a title then a unification with Dunne would be a mega fight. Walkers Stadium maybe or somewhere big in Dunlin.

JuanMa is a future star of boxing, not just a world champ. Whilst Dunne is good, there is no way that Dunne could win this fight.

I don't recall Munroe ever trash talking about Dunne.... other than saying he feels that he can win - hardly a ridiculous thought, is it?

Dunne would probably be Lopez's toughest challenge.... the only decent guy he has beaten to date is Penalosa, who was past his best and moving up in weight. Don't give me Medina, who took a dive, nor Ponce De Leon, who was embarrassed on the undercard of Hatton vs Mayweather.

Don't get me wrong, I would back Lopez to win, but it is hardly the foregone conclusion so many would believe.... I do worry for that chin though!

yeah true about munroe not trash talking about dunne, more so maloney and then the media hyping it up....still though, I think munroe should prove himself, as dunne did, before getting a chance to fight dunne...

IBF rankings(before the recent Caballero v Mathebula fight):

    1.Jeffery Mathebula
    2. NOT RATED
    3. Jhonny Gonzalez
    4. Steve Molitor
    5. Rendall Munroe
    6. Takalani Ndlovu
    7. Kiko Martinez
    8. Heriberto Ruiz
    9. Rogers Mtagwa
    10. Daniel Ponce DeLeon
    11. Oliver Lontchi
    12. Ricardo Cordoba
    13. Julio Zarate
    14. Eduardo Garcia
    15. Victor Fonesca

Mathebula will drop from #1 and past #2 to somwhere between 3rd-10th

Jhonny Gonzalez is fighting for the WBC title.
Steve Molitor(4th) and Heriberto Ruiz(8th) are fighting each other in an eliminator. That is presumely for the #1 spot.

If Munroe was to take this chance of an eliminator he'd presumely face any of the 10 fighters below him(+ maybe Mathebula) bar Heriberto Ruiz for the #2 spot.

    So we're looking at,

    or former 1.http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=32957&cat=boxer

I don't mind whoever out of that bunch of 10 Munroe fights once it's not Martinez. He'd have to beat the Molitor v Ruiz winner after that to get his shot, and he'd certainly be deserving of his shot if here were to do that.

doesnt need to be really. Caballero is moving up, so if Munroe wins a no.2 eliminator he will get to fight for the vacant title.

Hopefully Munroe gets his chance and hopefully Dunne gets a world title fight too after his impressive win.
