Kessler-Hopkins would be a very interesting fight. I'd probably favour BHop but I agree, Kessler cleans out everyone else 160-175.

Kessler hasn't done nothing, but lose a decision to Calslappy.......I have alot more respect for Froch, for having balls!!!! KO over Taylor is more impresive than anything kessler's done!!!!!! And guess what kessler is not on his way to the Hall of fame anytime soon!!!!!:good

    Team Palle ruined Mads Larsen.

Hopefully Mogens won't ruin Kessler, but it looks that way unfortunately.
It's not about Kessler not having balls, it's about his promotional team.

Look, the fighters at this level is not afraid of eachother, if it makes money it makes sense, and Hopkins or Froch, or even Bute would make business sense.

Kessler is not some sort of coward that hides behind a keyboard claiming true champions are slappers, or that they "haven't done nothing".
No shame in losing to Calzaghe, that was one of the best fights that year, awesome forth and back action between two elite supermiddles, remember how Kessler pulled out the 12th round, trying to knock Calzaghe the **** out?

He's got way more heart and stamina than Chad Dawson, and I think it would end badly for Chad after he gasses.

Unfortunately you're right, he isn't going anywhere fast. But this is not due to Kesler lacking balls, he's getting stiferd by Palle. I'm sure Kessler would love to fight Bute, Froch, Dawson etc.

Kessler aint going to do ****!

Hes one of the main reasons european fighters get such a bad reputation.

He fights has beens and human punch bags and then he becomes the 2nd coming.

He gets dominated and hurt by a guy who is not renowned for hsi punchign pwer and still retains his status as a monster!!!

    ROFL

too much time is given to this clown/fraudster. Froch is now the nr:1 Supermiddle like it or not.

Kessler will be challenged soon. AA is coming and contrary to accepted opinion I honestly believe that he will be the man to beat at 168. His disadvantage may be his reach, but have a look at Tyson - reach doesn't matter if you've tons of power in your arms. Nobody in the SMW division can be sure to survive 12 rounds against King Arthur. Froch is tailor-made for AA, Kessler will have to show that he has the heart and the will to beat a guy who has balls of steel. Taylor can't go 12 rounds with AA without getting caught. I don't think there's anybody like BHop in the SMW division who would be able to avoid AA's punches for 12 rounds. Nobody in that division has such skills.

Dawson would **** Kessler. Others in this thread have said it, he has beaten no one and lost to the only good fighter he did face. The Kessler is the hype job not Dawson.

Not long ago a lot of posters on here felt that Kessler/Pavlik was a "must happen" fight. Some things happened that took the shine off both guys, but I still think it would be one hell of an interesting match up. Considering that we are talking about Mikkel freaking Kessler and Kelly "I'll jab your face off" Pavlik, I still think that whoever wins the jabbing contest controls the fight, and whoever controls the fight wins.

Who I would favor would depend on how Pavlik approached the fight. If he came in as a blown MW who is division hopping, I'd favor Kessler by UD due to size and strength. If KP approached the fight the right way, add the extra lean muscle -- fight a good interim fight at 168, I'd have to re-think it.

Dirrell and Ward are in the trenches, gaining experience, and in the future will expose some of these frauds.................however Froch has earned my respect........Kessler is unofficially retired and Abraham's biggest win is over Fraud Miranda!!!! I tell the u the TRUTH!!!!!!:thumbsup
