    I was impressed with Tarver, and a bit disappointed in Dawson...but satisfied with the fight overall.

    Tarver put on the best performance he could against a hungry young opponent.

    Dawson had his man hurt multiple times in the fight and couldnt finish the show. Fought in spurts and still hasn't done anything about his inabilities to close fights in the last 3 to 4 rounds...he's not progressing too much. I still think he beats the **** outta Calzaghe though.

    The fight was much better than the first. It definitely had its moments, but it was still a bit boring IMHO. Dawson needs to really step up his game and knock some people the **** out if he wants to be a bigger star. Otherwise his stock will never see a good increase the way he fights.
