This Thread is Intended as a Petition to make Mayweather-Pacquiao Happen

So I have seen yet another attempt by Arum to have Pacquiao fight Cotto and now even WBC lightweight champion Edwin Valero.

I don't know about you, but are these the fight that hardcore boxing fans want to see or casual sports fans want to be entertained by?

Provided that Mayweather does expectedly defeat JMM on Juky 18, I am starting this thread as a petition to Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum, his trainer Freddie Roach, and Mayweather's camp that Mayweather-Pacquiao IS THE FIGHT hardcore boxing followers AND the casual, paying public wants to see. If not and JMM wins, I will make a likewise thread calling for Pac-JMM 3 for p4p supremacy.

Just make a post in this thread seconding this blockbuster matchup. It will serve as a signature on this petition. I hearby motion on ESB that Mayweather-Pacquiao is the fight that the boxing world and the wholewide world of sports want to see and get.

You can make all the petitions you want and it wont make any diference they only care about money(fraud & arum).

Its all about Fraud and arum puttng they´re ego aside and make a fair deal for both fighters and thats a 50/50 deal.

 

i remember there was a petition before to make a boxing channel and a lot of signatures where gathered but still to no avail..

if PBF beats JMM, he would demand 20M in that fight...same as manny...

 

It would be great to see but im not gonna get my hopes up. I remember right after Cotto beat Mosley and Floyd TKOed Hatton a Mayweather-Cotto fight was the fight EVERYONE wanted to see. Two prime undefeated welterweight champions. But it never happened.

Pac is P4P number 1 though, and i feel PBF is threatened by the Pacman fever there is so he wants to make a statement with his "comeback" to boxing.

I don't know about most, But I know a Pac Vs. Valero fight would be something to watch in the interim of waiting for the outcome of JMM Vs. Mayweather.

Even a fight between Cotto & Pacquiao seems coo..
Alot of space between now and a proposed Mayweather fight.

Pacquiao vs Cotto is a good fight. Pacquiao has less chances of losing to Cotto than what he does to Mayweather, so why risk two potential huge fights by taking the harder one first? If Pac fights Floyd first and he loses, Floyd might just retire again and ruin the chances of someone else fighting the best p4p fighter. If Pac fights Cotto and loses we have another great fight in our hands with Cotto/Mayweather, and if he wins he'll just fight Floyd for Supremacy :good

**** Mayweather/PAcquiao. Mayweather needs to win impressively to make a case. He retired so he moves to the back of the line.

The fight we want to see is Mosley/Pacquiao. It would be 1000x more entertaining. That would be a battle between two warriors that come to fight not just talk.

Shane can't beat anyone at this stage of his career but a Margarito. Tell shane to move up to 154 and fight Forrest a 3rd time. The fight we all want to see is Floyd-Pacqiao, and if Pac retires without fighting Floyd, I'll call him a *****, and the same goes for Floyd. Who ever is to blame for this super fight not taking place...I will shite on either man.

 

that's a really terrible reason for a fight to not happen.
