Also from another forum: Robbie Peden: Hey guys, Have to let you guys know that Jules just had surgery on some cancer he has in his neck. Thought I'd let you guys know as he is my best mate and I am the god father of his boys. I wish him a very speedy recovery. If it comes down to mind strength, there's NO ONE I know stronger there than the FARRIER. Bomber.
Jules' reply: Thanks all for those great words of support, had my first lot of kemo today strange stuff but im ok at the moment. I will be taking it step by step at the moment. Guys you no me always the battler so i just want to kick this ****** of my back . I am positive at the moment with all that is going on. Im still thankfull they have a good success rate of beating this so if other people can do i will smash it.
While I'm not sure you will read this Julian, if you do please keep positive, this has been beaten by many people just remember to use the will and positive thought that supported you in your career. Put it to good use. And everyone that has followed you will be adding to it. God bless
Good Luck Farrier, you are in our prayers, you have always been as much of champion out of the ring as you were in.
**** thats bad news i liked holland. he was really starting to build some momentum after his ko of taylor.. im baffled at why he quit.. hell smash this cancer
Heard this news a short time ago, and was asked to not mention anything... go figure!! Best of hopes and thoughts to Julian. He's made many fight fans happy and left the game with nothing but praises and and credit. We'll see another KO victory beside his name.
