    guzman vs diaz is crazy because 1 year or so ago this would have been a huge main event....

    Yeah, but true to the image of Floyd Mayweather's style, the undercard should be something like this:

    Paul Williams vs. Juan Diaz at 145 pounds
    Shane Mosley vs. Edwin Valero at 144
    Miguel Cotto vs. Amir Khan at 146
    Joshua Clottey vs. Joel Casamayor at 143

    I wouldnt jump the gun just yet. That article was written by Guzman publicist Mike Marley.

    No way they can offer Diaz the kind of money he would make by keeping his Aug 22 HBO date and fighting in Houston.


    I think this is VERY unlikely.....

    If this fight were to happen, I'd be incredibly impressed as this would be one of the best PPV in years!


    Not until I see it on FightNews and B-Scence, etc. will I start jumping for joy.


    Until then, this is all speculation with lack of credibility.

    50-50 on the fight, though! Guzman is a great boxer!
