I got him hovering around top thirty. I don't expect too much upwards movement because he is old, wont fight much more, and wont fight anyone worth mentioning (due to the state of the division). I think in 20 years time people will have a slightly (not radically) improved opinion of this era and of Vitali. That's just how people work.
