Was Brewster considered too dangerous as a short notice WBA replacement?

Valuev v Brewster would have been a better fight than Chagaev.

    Why did it not happen?

Am I correct that it is Hep C that is the bad one?

Chagaev has had Hep B before, or been carrying it for some time?

Meehan is ranked WBA #1 thats why he was choosen.

Valuev can still get a hepatis shot and fight Chagaev it appears, if he wants.

It's a complicated situation, I have no idea what will happen, but it'll probably be an 1th hour type decision.

Chagaev pulling out has ****ed me right off.

This is the umpteenth time he has pulled out of the rematch and the whole situation just seems a total mess - farcical.

Brewster was a dangerous choice at short notice bu who really knows why they couldn't find a replacement. The whole show is off and I hope Chagaev calls it a day.

It was a close fight so it can't be described as a robbery.

He wasn´t considered too dangerous, but he only trained for an eight rounder and not for twelve rounds.

Valouev would kick Brewster's arse. Valouev had trained very hard for his fight with Chagaev, he only weighed-in at 315.4lbs, the lightest of his entire career!
