Just cant believe what has occured in the Valuev v Chagaev situation! Believe it or not i was actually looking foward to it. How did it get this far? Holyfield Surely deservses a rematch? He is there apparantly and if he is ok with it why no fight? I think he would once again beat valuev and finally get the title to someone who really wants and deserves it! And as i have said in my previous thread Frans Botha has just come off a good win why not give him a shot. i maybe a Frans Botha fan but surely most people think even he deserves a titles shot more than the "Quite Man"?!!

    WHAT THE F.....

For god's sake, Chagaev, what the hell is wrong with you? It's ALWAYS something, I think you might be a leper or something.

Botha? What the ****, the guy hasn't been a good fighter since 02 or 03 when he fought Eitenne. Sad to say, I rather see Holyfield in there against him. Hell, even Brewster may even give him a fight.

Is the heavyweight division really this bad? Chagaev should be retired by now, his last decent fight was against Valuev in April of 07, since then he has fought nobody and has spent most of the time out with medical problems. I personally would like to see a young gun get in there with Valuev or a deserving Heavyweight. Not the likes of Meehan or Botha, god forbid one of these guys become champ.

I am suprised Brewter didn't take the fight, even on two days' notice. (assuming they did offer it to him)

In all honesty be it Botha or any heavyweight with some decent credentials would give valuev a run for his money!

Holyfield can't take any fights on short notice. If he does, the steroids might be not completely out of his sysytem, he'll fail the blood test and he'll have to give the belt back.

As for Botha...is he still fighting?

Me,too! Well, I have my doubts that Brewster really got an offer to fight Valuev and replace Chagaev.I very much doubt it!

I can see Valuev' plans already.

    Holyfield II
    McCall
    Donald II
    Botha (trilogy)
    Bowe (trilogy)
    Golota (trilogy)

Retire a modern ATG. Not only is this guy the worst fighter I have EVER seen and an INSULT to sports, he is also shameless with his choice of opponents. I bet you all those fights will be robberies too.
