You have to admit, Mundine's diet and exercise is perfect.

I was reading the paper the other day and came across Mundine's heritage stuff. He is training in the bush for this fight like he does for all his fights, and he is sticking by the same routine.

Its vicious to say the least.

He gets up at 2am and goes for a 10 km run.
The rest of his day is spent by consumic organic foods, and simply water. When we have a beer once a week, he has an orange juice on special occasions.

Does anyone know any more info?

You must admit, this guy prepares himself and eats perfectly. If there was ever a guy who would live to 200, my money would be on Mundine.

still though a fight with Neivas or whatever his name is, is only holding Mundine's progress back not making him go forward which is where he should be heading.

i want to see Mundine go to the USA and beat the **** out of Lacy.

Not go to QLD to fight the 25th best Super Middleweight. i thought he would by now be going for the Lacy's or the Bute's constantly.

You're supposed to be keeping the haters honest :hey

Come on, you all know as well as I do that Nievas is actually ranked 45th best SMW in the world, not 25th

I remember him saying in the lead up to the Echols fight that he will be cutting down to only one caramel kitkat per day.

The same way you go from fighting Green to acousta, Kessler to Matulma, Echols to Nishizawa, Ottke to Mayo.

It is pretty funny, but also a bit sad. Then after a while it becomes just plain funny.

Yeah the bush thing is a bit strange. Its hardly like training at big bear. I don't really know what the logic behind that is, or getting up at 2am. Anyway Marcus, in regards to your signature, just quietly, but if I were you I would be keeping those sort of picks on the down low, that way not so many people will realise when you lose.
