Not surprised. It's all about the Double Whopper!

Has anyone noticed that Big Mac's have git alot smaller in McDonalds over the years? I used to like them when I was a kid, now I think they're a bit crappy.

Dont waste your time with shakes. Go home and EAT SOLID proteins instead. Have a meal consisting of proteins steak chicken etc. They do a far far better job than shakes. Remember the body will metabolise solids far better than it will liquids. That being said the body can only consume what it can and will dispense with the rest. You will get better results by eating hard food.

A couple of hard boiled eggs and some fruit, boiled eggs are full of great nutrients and are the ideal source of protein and can be on hand for strait after training. water melon and/or grapes will provide some good natural sugars and coupled with some stone fruit and maybe a banana are a good source of fiber and nutrients.
