i'm really starting to like this guy, been watching some of his early fights and i believe he was relatively 'green' in the margo fight (not taking anything away from margo)

    who's he fighting next?

Cintron is his mandatory. No word yet if he'll go straight into a rematch with Kermit or if he'll make an optional defense.

as bad as it sucks for him he should rematch cintron and ko him again. the first fight was bull**** and he knows it. he'll be pissed off looking to ice cintron in the mid rounds for sure this time. cintron's not even close to being on the same level as martinez.

I m getting a feeling that Martinez might fall into the " avoided fighters " category..

    He should fight Paul Williams.

Look on the bright side- because of Saturday's win Kermit is the mandatory, which means once Sergio beats him again he'll be free to fight whoever. It'll be taking out two birds with one stone.

Martinez got some skills. i want to see him in bigger fights. He should rematch Cintron and spank that ass again and go for the top dogs at 154. I would love to see him against Paul Williams.

He would be a tough match up for Williams. If Quintana was able to outslick Williams in their first fight then Martinez might have a shot. That said, it's nearly impossible to avoid 1000 punches per round!
