What is happening with Kessler? Is he able to get it ooooon during the court case with Palle "xxxx for brains"?

atsch Kessler is in a court case with Morgens Palle over mis-management. Kessler wants to leave Palle because he's had enough of fighting bums. Palle says Kessler has 3 more fights on his contract. Kessler can't fight till the court case is settled. :good
I thought they agreed that he has at least one fight on his contract...he supposed to fight Perdermo I think? Then Kessler thinks he is free and Palle reckons he isnt. I dont know if I would prefer him to wait it out and try to bag a big name after all this **** is over...or keep busy with this meaningless but I think mandatory opponant. I guess if he loses the court case all this time has been a waste.
I wanna see these bums get in the mix. Kessler, Froch, Abraham, Pavlik and Bute should all get it on. The way the little guys are jumping between weights puts them all to shame.
