Your right elbow comes up before you turn your body.
You want to hit harder with your right hand???
Then keep you right elbow hugging your right side.
When you punch --- step in, turn your body, letting your right hand go.
Remember --- your hands are just an extension of your body,

I am only commenting on your right hand, because thats basically all you are trying to do.

If you are really dedicated to boxing, try and see if there is a boxing gym farther away. take the train every day if you have to. but you would be getting a hell of a lot more help and making much more progress if you found a trainer. where i live their are no boxing gyms so i know how that feels. i take the train for two hours every day. well, good luck but you should think about maybe sparring for the first time before you go pro.

Very bad. Your always dropping your hands after your punches, your footwork gives away when your about to throw, even your straight right is slappy, no head movement or defense of any kind.

Forget about the bag and shadowbox as if theres a guy in front of you thats better than you and feign, block, parry, sidestep and slip. If you boxed anybody like your hitting that bag you'd get ktfo.

You might as well work on 1 thing at a time. When your training do 1 round footwork, 1 round head movement, 1 round footwork+headmovement, 1 round footwork+head movement+jab, 1 round footwork+headmovement+1'2, etc. Right now you need to learn how to just look good doing the very basics. Get into the habit of sidestepping and/or blocking and leaning after every combination.

The good thing is that I've improved since then, my defense is better than it was, my right hand is better, and I'm dedicating more time to shadowboxing and moving around while I shadowbox. I'm trying to improve everyweek, hopefully to the point that I can spar succesfully with experienced fighters, there's a couple I know, one that's one of my bosses, and one that's a classmate at college.
