    I don't give a damn about these researches.

    I take it from my personal experiences. When I used to play golf, I usually pulled a muscle when I did not stretch prior. So at least for me, it does prove that theory.

    First - this has to be one of the dumbest questions ever.

    second, there is research proving both - as with everything. Some research proves Caffeine causes cancer, some proves it's good for you; Some research proves wine is bad, some proves it's actually good for you.

    There is research proving the importance of stretching, and other research saying it's a myth.

    I'd be willing to bet that research proving stretching is bad was funded by a company who benefits from pulled/sore muscles, like Bengay.
