    To all my fans belive in me i will be back in (september)and become champion once again and yes when i fought Mosley i was weak because i was drain.

    Hes just saying hi to the mexican fans that he will be back soon, that he was clean the whole time, that he will be world champion once again when he fights again and that the Mosley fight was a fluke because he was drained that he will dedicate his future victories to the mexican people.

    he said he's coming back in september...and he wants his loyal fans to believe that he didnt try to cheat...and that against mosley he was dehydrated

    I can believe that Margarito was ill/dehydrated during the Mosley fight. That was NOT the same Margarito that fought Cotto, even ignoring the pads.
