but it seems he's now sitting around waiting for Floyd. he hasnt had a competitive fight since Marquez. Diaz was carefully picked out, DLH fight was shady, and Hatton he destroyed. Hatton was made out to be as the top 140 so thats not Pacquiao's fault but I think he's management knew it would be easy for him. He's still in his prime and hopefully he keeps fighting the best like he once did. possible fights Bradley Soto Holt Mosley (dont blame Pacquiao if he dosent take it)
He fought last month let the guy have some time with his family. Bradley,Soto and Holt are good fighters but they wouldnt add anything to Pac's legacy,Cotto,Mosley,JMM or fraud are the guys he should fight and then retire.

His management probably thought they could beat Hatton...but what management doesn't believe in their top prizefighter? Pac is right to wait for Floyd...he has nothing left or prove. He is not a WW, he never claimed to be...he climbed to WW because Oscar was a JMW and couldnt go any lower and he wanted the fame and money that comes with fighting DLH. Floyd would be the ultimate icing on the cake for him. His long time rival in the p4p rankings and the fight that could possibly be bigger in terms of 2 elites in their prime since SRL-Hearns...infact bigger as both men at this stage of their career has achieved more than Hearns-SRL at their stage of their career during that fight.

The thing is Mosley/Cotto are to strong for him thats why I listed those 140 pounders. Pacquiao knows this thats why he dosent fight them at 147 and I think it be unfair if they try to make 140. and of course Im not talking about a fight next month.

Smartest thing for pac at this point is to wait for the JMM-Mayweather winner no need for him to jeopardize this mega fight.
