The guy was fighting with one eye from round 3, with a new trainer, against one of the top WW-I thought he fought his heart out and did well with those cirmcustances.
I think if that cut would have never happend cotto would have impressed more people ...the cut took alot out of him but gotta repsct his warrior mentality for fight 12 hard rounds
i ain' disrespecting his performance. he is different. that's all i'm saying. i'm a big cotto fan. my first time watching him was against kelson pinto.
Cotto looks like he's going down hill no steam in his punches, no killer instinct, legs glued to the floor and no defense. Clottey won the fight in my eyes and made Cotto look terrible even the fans booed Cotto after e won!!!
:huh THE CUT HAD ALOT TO DO WITH IT AND IMO CLOTTEY NEVER HURT COTTO WITH ANY OF HIS SHOTS,COTTO LET HIM OFF THE HOOK WHEN HE WAS POUNDING HIM AGAINST THE ROPES IN ROUND 6 I BELIEVE. COTTO DID JUST ENOUGH TO WIN,IMO.NOT A ROBBERY BUT A REMATCH HAS TO HAPPEN.
I saw Cotto wining 15-12. Clottey has several good rounds but the guys just don't want to through punches that often. Himself is who to blame!! No rematch! It was not that excited!
