Naz would proably have knocked Hatton out ( even as a featherweight ) but the way his career ended so abruptly and with Hattons mega popularity I guess its Hatton.

I guess it depends what you feel legacy means in this context.

I mean there have been plenty of unheralded and obscure fighters whom I respect and rate quite highly...even though many have never heard of them
I rate their legacy first and foremost on what they achieved in the ring.

Naz beat better fighters overall, did it over a longer span and was straight up the better fighter.

But if you are going to rate a man's legacy on his pay per view numbers and how much of a likeable character he was outside of the ring...then I can see why you would pick Ricky.

Agreed. I'd say prime for prime Hamed was better. As you point out, Hatton has the bigger legacy in terms of popularity now though.

    Better resume: Hamed.

    Better accomplishments: Hamed.

More impact on the sport: Hamed.

    More popular: Hatton (just).

Fail. Prime Hatton took Zoo's bombs for 11 rounds and took a BEATING from PBF for 10 rounds, finally ending his career.

    Hatton.

He beat the p4p#3 he fought (Tszyu).

Hamed lost to the p4p#3 he fought (Barrera).

Hatton fought and beat better fighters.

Naz was a better fighter but Hatton was more popular so I voted the better fighter, Id personally rather have that legacy.
