Cotto would of won convincingly if there was no cut.

And seriously do u drones really buy the knee crap...he was still pissed about being floored with a jab and was looking for some type of point deduction from the ref...I like how his corner tells him to man up and his knee is miraculously healed....how naïve can u guys seriously be.

if anything Clottey's leg injury had the biggest effect on the fight, the very next rd Cotto had his best moments of the fight when Clottey had trouble moving.

:patsch After the rd he complained of the pain to his trainer, the very next rd he had a very hard time moving & Cotto did his best work when the leg was hurt.

The rest of the fight his leg wasn't hurting after that and Cotto's eye was still givning him problems and Clottey still got outboxed the last 3 rounds. He had no gtrouble with his knee after round 6. Don't try and take away Cotto's win.

You can't be serious...do you even engage in sports activities? Nothing from that fall equates to the suppossed pain josh expressed, any athlete would have made a faster attempt to test it out instead of acting as if he was wincing in pain.. the range of his movement later in the fight proves he was bullshitting, even when he did test his knee he could barely put an ounce of pressure on the knee seconds later he has a slight limp a round later he looks like a racing horse. I'm insulted by the gulibility being shown by you guys its down right scary that these are my peers...???

Without the cut Cotto may have knocked Clottey out. He WAS catching him with big shots even with the cut. That hook at the end of one of the rounds is an example as is the moment in the last round where he made Clottey stumble with a combo off the ropes.

Miguel would have stunned Clottey and started unloading - perhaps a standing stoppage??? People need to realise Clottey never actually hurt Cotto even with all those right hands.

Sure your right...I surprised josh didn't just collapse in pain the very next round...he has wolverine like healing abilities...I've injured my knee in the past and his intial reaction was one that a person with a torn acl. He heals nicely....what a goof.

Yea you're right i mean after all you injured your knee in the boxing ring right? Dude Clottey did not fake an injury at all. He clearly did injured his knee. Hell the ref have to help Clottey up. And Clottey keep shaking his knee before he said he's ready to continue. After the round ended, Clottey tell his trainer that he is in pain. Clottey still continue and fought very well with an knee injury. Just like Cotto fought well with an eye cut.

I have given up all hope in humanity if this post is serious. :?

You just simply empowered my point by mentioning the fact that he needed the ref to aid him to his feet. He couldnt even place his foot on the canvas because he was in soooo much pain.... and minutes later he's able to move around the ring like willie pep....and for your information I've injured my knee is serveral different sports including boxing, and guess what mr. grey matter hurting your knee in a boxing ring hurts just as much as injuring it while pounding out your girls apple bottom, except with her i'd revert to laying back applying ice to my knee why receiving head leaving my babies in her mouth. ;):good

oh also typing on a boxing forum and jerking off to your avatar is not considered a sport. though I'm sure you've injured your knee while on the net and/or jerking off.

There is no doubt he had problems seeing out of that eye. He even said it himself. That surprised me on how he was able to adapt. Most fighters would of quit. He would of beat Clottey more convincedly if it wasn't for the eye.
