Carl Froch would stop Mundine in 2009 at 168 imo. Mundine would be so timid and defensive.

YOu said in the opening thread 'another mundine thread i know', then went on to say 'he can't promote'. He is a great promoter, you don't need to be liked to be talked about. 95% of Aussie boxing talk is about Mundine one way or another. Every Aussie fighter past and present has talked about fighting him, Fenech, Barry Michael, Green, Soliman ( again and again ) , Geale......... yeah he can't promote.

The answer is he will be a fisherman, because all he needs to do is open his mouth to get you all biting.

Francis we all know how limited Carl Froch is but he has the heart of a lion , Mundine from early doors realised that the sport was too tough for him at the highest level , where as Froch was schooled by Jermain he stuck to his guns and his never say die attitude carried him through , in all honesty can ANY Mundine fan say they have EVER seen Mundine display a similar trait ? Mundine knew he was never going to be a bonified World title holder and his career has followed the course of least resistance Ie staying home picking on Cabbies and Up and coming youngsters whilst proclaiming to be "THE MAN " , this man has cleverly ripped off an entire nation and made himself a very wealthy young man which is all well and good as there ain't any pension plan for retired boxers but no one can seriously consider Mundine anything other than a buisnessman when he name is talked about in this sport .

Agree with you Josey. Mundine is smoke and mirrors while Carl Froch has limited ability at the elite level but he is a ****ing warrior. Froch won't reign for long imo but he will either live by the sword or die by the sword. Froch-Pavlik at 168 should be a war with Froch winning imo.

The correct answer to the question "What will Mundine do after his boxing career is over?" Is: Whatever Khoder tells him to do.

@ 168lbs Francis yes i agree but if Froch fought kelly @ 160lbs then he would get his boots smoked imo , Mundine saw this guy Froch on his horizon alongside Bute , Taylor, Kessler ( Again ) Andrade , Pascal etc and ran down to the lighter weight in what can only be described as a Duckin detour and i honestly expect him to do another another one When / If Pavlik , AA , Strum and the like come a knocking on his door. the man if nothing else is a smart ****er .

 Bull**** mate If he had a set he would never have run down to the Middle Weight division to pick on Geale in the first place ,the blokes a limited bully who will be exposed as such should he ever grow a set and either return to 168lbs or fight a top 5 160lb'r :deal

Hypotheticals ? Surley you still ain't thinking along the lines of Mundine winning a legit title at this late stage in his career are you ? Mundine is fighting the likes of Geale for a reason ( As i stated earlier ) no diss to the lad Geale but who has HE ever beaten of World Class stature in the first place ? IMO Geale is roughly Britsh / Commonwealth standard and below European Championship standard , where is the Glory in scrapping home v the likes of this fella ?

Well IF Mundine has the heart you claim he has he should be showing it on the world stage and stop giving the impression to world boxing that he's a ***** picking on Cabbies and kids . P.s we will soon see the heart he owns by the level of his next opponent or if he ducks Daniel should Phil and his mob order a Rematch . :deal
