Another article on The Ghost situation

This is a pretty frightening article. If it's wrong, I hope these guys get taken to the cleaners. If it's right however Pavlik is in for a bigger fight out of the ring and I wish him the best of luck.

Who knows what's what at this point.

 

Whether this is true or not. Something doesn't seem right about Pavlik recently.

I never knew about him punching a police officer or putting his fist through a window.

Dont worry about it Jetski. Something definitely is fishy! I'm willing to bet that Pavlik is doing just FINE.

 

Pavlik certainly has been behaving strangely since the B-Hop fight. He didn't really look himself in the ring, looked very, very upset - almost tearful - afterwards, looked refined but lethargic against Rubio, pulled out of the Mora fight, etc. Now what he's up to is a mystery.

Ringtalk/Fernandez is not really less legitimate than any other boxing site. He claims to have a Youngstown source for the info (but doesn't divulge it; see the comments of the article on his site).

He is too sensationalistic for my tastes, though, and it wouldn't surprise me if he's jumping the gun. We'll probably know more in a couple of days. It'll be interesting to see what happens if the denial persists. The wording of the article is pretty derogatory; if he's off base, I hope he gets what's coming to him.

For what it's worth, I know Pedro. Back in the days we both wrote for Virgil Thrasher. While he's most certainly not the most loved guy in boxing (to say the least), I, for one, have never known him to 'make up' a story out of the 'blue'.

That article is total non sense. It's loaded with factual errors and vicious lies. Cameron Dunkin and Mike Pavlik SR are both furious. Dunkin and Top Rank are planning a press conference, and I hope they sue the **** out of Pedro what's-his-ass from Ring Talk. He's the one who started these vicious, unsubstantiated rumours.

 

The article also said Miranda was his first title eliminator. Anyone who knows anything about Pavlik knows the full story, and that this isn't true.

 

He ****ed up this time. Dunkin and the Pavliks are ****ing pissed. Kelly will end up owning this assholes house and car.
