Really an ideal weight for both fighters. I'm surprised Wlad is coming in that light, actually. 220-225 is pretty much perfect for Chagaev.

 

Both fighters look to be in top shape and ready to roll. It looks like Chagaev is dead set on making the most of the single biggest opportunity of his career and is ready to go balls to the wall to get it. That's going to make for a very entertaining fight. :happy

I'm very amused that after that thread detailing Wlad's "new" bulging muscles and 'bulking up', he's come in a few pounds lighter than normal.

 

ive got this fight already set on my dvr , i do believe it statrs at five pm texas time. no matter ive got all the boxing that is going on that day on that channel set to record.

both look in great shape,and pretty focused.
i think with both their disappointments recently,we could have fireworks!
it seems that fate may save the heavyweight division after all.i couldn't have hoped that this fight would ever happen so soon.for me it is a fight that go's someway to match up the best at the moment.very excited and slightly sad for haye ,although his chance will come.he's angered too many ukrain's for him not to get a shot,i just hope he stay's active untill then.
