who knows, all you cando is assume. mosley is a rough match up for anybody. great chin, power, speed, agressivenes. he hurt cotto and was coming on late in their frist fight. cotto had to backpedal to ensue victory. a rematch would be another tough fight regardless of who wins. but you can never sell mosley short. people did that with margo and you saw what happned.

Mosley will be better if they were to fight again, but I don't think it would be enough. Many people here have "mis-remembered" the last few rounds of their previous fight and have this idea stuck in their heads that Mosley had Cotto hurt and running which is not the case. Cotto out boxed Mosley for the second half of the fight because he said it was evident to him that he wasn't going to score the KO. Eventhough Mosley was the aggressor towards the end of the fight it was Cotto who was landing the cleaner more effective punches. The commentators even mentioned this. Mosley is a great fighter and I think they will fight a good fight if they were to fight again, but for some of you to predict he will KO Cotto based solely on his performance against Margo is ridiculous. The basis for comparison should be the last time they fought each other. Not what they did last againsts completely opposite fighters. Mosley won't look great against Clottey either.

I think mosley will be better, but so will cotto. It'll go the distance again, and cotto will win again.

mosley has a much better chance of winning this time around with nazim in his corner. it would be another real close battle and i think shane could pull it off. i've said it before and i'll say it again: i hope it happens and i hope we get to see an awesome trilogy.

If Mosley himself thought he would stop Cotto, he wouldn't be so worried about the rematch taking place in MSG. It'd go the distance and be a close fight, but I think Cotto would win a decision again. I think facing Molassesrito made Mosley look faster than he really is and what he'd look like in a Cotto rematch.

Tough call, Triangle theories dont work but Mosley was SENSATIONAL against Marg and i think he'd jump on Cotto and pressure from the start in a rematch which would be tough for Miguel but Cotto is true class and i still like his chances even tho i think he is nearing the end of his career at 27-28, by that i dont mean he's shot he's far from that but theres only so many times a fighter can go to the well and Cotto has been plenty already

cotto would win a rematch. Mosley would apply more pressure but he would be getting hit he doesnt have clotteys defense.
