Assuming you're serious... Jerry Quarry was a heavyweight known for fighting and losing to Ali and Frazier and Ken Norton, but had some great victories over Floyd Patterson, Earnie Shavers, and Ron Lyle, to name a few. He was a wonderful fighter, some say he would rule the division today and may have in his time had it not been for such a powerful crop of heavies. He came in and out of retirement. In 1992, some say he was spurred on by George Foreman's comeback. At age 47, he fought some nobody fighter named Ron Cranmer who was 3-4-1. Quarry was soundly beaten in what looks like a high school gym. He left the fight very damaged. There's some highlights of it here. www.youtube.com/watch?v=AsXk1dO95V8 You can buy copies of it on the internet.
Man. I didn't know that about Quarry... I knew he had ended his life in pretty bad shape, most people say due to all the beatings he got during his professional boxing life, but I didn't know anything about that particular fight. Very sad way to go for a warrior like him. :-(
Ali-Norton I. Ali was fighting some ex-marine out in California with a crab-like defense who wasn't afraid of him. Uh-oh..broken jaw time.
