Roach responding to questions about Amir Khan's training camp:

"I think he’s a completely different fighter now. He’s getting better all of the time. He’s not going to make the mistake he made with [Breidis] Prescott ever again. Between me and [conditioning coach] Alex [Ariza] and my team it’s working pretty good. Unfortunately I don’t think Michael Moorer will be with us anymore."

Yeah, I never saw that one lasting in the first place. Shame though because Moorer has the ability to be a good trainer and Roach is one of the best out there today.

Well its news to me and very disappointing. I thought Pac, Moorer and Roach looked totally cool together and a well rounded team. I guess they were just too strong minded to work together.

Well, if Moorer is not getting along with the boxers in the gym then letting him go is a good decision. It doesn't matter how good Moorer is as a trainer, when the boxers he trains are not willing to learn from him due to his moody personality. Look what happened to Hatton-Mayweather Sr. team. Nadda.

After reading this interview it seems to me that Moorer doen't know yet ? Roach says "He's not left yet but i'm gonna ask him to leave tomorrow"
