Here is my video, only thing is that I recorded it 2 years ago.
So currently I'm alot better then that guy you have in the video, I can do all of that and about 4 times faster.

hahaha, you guys are amazing..... That video Greg posted is one of the best ANYONE has seen, in terms of legit jumping (not games and magic nonsense) but legit work, balance, hand speed and foot work with minimal effort or wasted movement....there was NOTHING wsted or sloppy with his skipping and THATY is exactly what everyone should be going after when they jump for sports.

If you want to be a circus clown that;s different, but sports, Gregs is one of the best.
