Did Hugo Garay ~vs~ Gabriel Campillo happen today?

Yes Campillo won a majority decision.

 

No problem. Quite a shocking result. Garay was a 17-1 favorite LOL

 

No, I have a friend in Costa Rica who watched it and gave me details. There was also a RBR on another boxing website. Garay apparently did well the first 4 rounds and then got beat up after that until round 11. The Garay sensing he needed a KO in 12 went all out that round but didn't get it. he lost by 1 point on 2 cards and the other card was even.

 

The RBR on boxrec? Made it sound like it actually wasn't a very good fight.

 

Didn't know if I was allowed to say the website here. I agree that it didn;t sound like a great fight but my buddy who was watching it said Campillo was pretty akward. Considering Garays style I am not shocked he had issues with an akward fighter.

 

I think you can say the name of a site (at least I'm assuming the sky's not going to fall, seeing as my post wasn't wordfiltered and I don't appear to be banned ) you just can't plug or post full articles - those result in swift and brutal action. That and illegal stream links.

 

BTW-Campillo was also a southpaw. Garay likely took the guy for granted and paid for it.

 

So I guess the next question is how good is Campillo?

 

And then, depending on that answer, "how good is Vyacheslav Uzelkov?"

 

And then when you answer that the next question becomes, "How do you pronounce Vyacheslav Uzelkov?"
