Laziness, pure and simple. There is no mystery as to why Arreola cant get in shape. The man simply doesnt like to train and he eats a full fat diet of mexican food.

I think he actually has great natural stamina, as he hasnt looked winded in any of his fights, despite his appearance.

Still, the weight obviously affects his mobility and ability to move fluidly. He needs to lose at least 20 pounds if he truly intends to make himself a serious representative of champion contender level boxing.

I bet he's willing to train, but I think he can't control himself when it comes to staying away from the wrong food......and too much of it.

Experience always comes in handy, but Arreola is young and "hungry"

It looks like in the first pic Arreola was doing well on the Kentucky Grilled Chicken diet but in the second he went back to KFC original recipe and Taco Bell on the side.

The guy should get in shape. He could be a lot more effective in the 220-230 range.

When I first saw Arreola in the shape of the first picture I was like WTF how did a Mexican get that big.

    Now I'm just WTF.

The sad thing is that he is fat in the first picture too.

He cracked into the top 10 and started making a little money so he lost a bit of his hunger and dedication and became a fat lazy slob. Same exact thing that happened to Sam Peter.

George Foreman points out that making too much money too quickly is what makes heavyweights so ****ing lazy these days and I happen to agree.
