I think FW has realised that it is inevitable than Khan will get knocked out again at some stage, better to be koed by a big name than a nobody. This doesnt stop khan from eventually becoming a very good or even great fighter.

The fact that Prescott couldn't amount his victory over Khan to any tangible results for whatever reason himself has no bearing on Khan moving on after a devastating defeat. Khan resurrected himself like a true fighter and for that he should be respected and commended.

Kotelnik, the Ukranian ***** first postpones the fight with Khan, for a few weeks due to a toothache! And now he has pulled out of the fight, an act of cowardice and disrespect to the fans and the sport itself. This is what fight fans should really be outraged about.

Your attempts to sugar coat your disdain for Khan with contrived reasons are quite obvious.

Look what happened to Ortiz the other day. These guys are only kids. They wont peak till there about 26. Same goes for Tyson Fury, hes only 21, mentally and physically they are still getting wiser and better.

I'm convinced that non of those guys have stepped into a ring before. Go to any gym in the country and i gurantee their will be plenty of strong chinned guys getting spanked by smaller fighters.

Khan is terrible. He lost to Limond and was almost killed by Prescott.

Your obsession with khan and chins aside. I'm no Khan fan, but how did he lose to Limond?

If the referee wasn't corrupt he might have actually counted to 10 in a reasonable time.

Are you saying there was a long count? because you're the first person I've ever heard mention it. If I seek out the fight on youtube, are you promising me it was longer than 10? Cuz I don't want to waste my time.

I thought limond was the one that got stopped. Its hardly surprising that amir got knocked out the way he did against prescott, he got KTFO but has dusted himself off. If he gets knocked out again in the same way then ill stop following his career.

Well that's not exactly Khan's fault is it. Since the fight, he's has...

    1. Moved across the pond
    2. Changed trainer
    3. Pencilled his 3rd time (18th)
He's got his title shot by climbing back on to his horse after getting blown off. Whereas Prescott ain't been doing jack (for whatever reason)

Just watched it on some interview with limond, though they didn't show you the whole thing, but there is definitely a grey area when he goes down at 8, and then back up. As Limond says, 'A lot of refs would have counted him out...'

There is definitely an argument and a justification for the opinion he should have been counted out there I'm surprised to say. Want to see the whole thing properly before I pass judgement.
