Kensington Town Hall on saturday I am going to be there for Chois return. Apparently there is going to be a live boxing hour as well with Andy Keer and Buncey. Should be a cracking night. I got my tickets by calling 07590 336636.
Yep I'm going, can't wait to see Choi in action, he is awesome. Nice bonus with the boxing hour segment but looking forward to seeing the Qato and the others.
Qato's following is brilliant. I remember he was on the undercard at the Froch v Magee bill at which me and my mates had some shitty seats at the back on the ground floor. Qato won a four-rounder at which point the balcony emptied, all of Qato's fans ran up to the ring and carried him out of the ring to "you're the best around" from Karate Kid, leaving us to stroll upstairs and get seats at the front of the balcony. None of the Qato fans came back in to see any of the top of the bill fights. Can't make it this Saturday unfortunately.
I watched the clip of Quato on the hardknocks website and the atmosphere that Quato generates was brilliant. If some of these UK based fighters such as Choi can get more exposure on TV they will catch the imagination of the public, due to their amicable personality and all-action style, and grow a considerable fan base. FFS if the borefest of a Klitschov fight can generate 60,000 German supporters, surely with the right exposure exciting all-action (UK-based) fighters like Choi can command a big following....:think
Quato is one ugly *******. lol my mate ****ed up he bought tickets to T in the park thinking the fight was next week. Im seeing my other mate tommorow and he might come instead but i aint going myself londons to big for me
Yep I wil be looking out for Saeed, at last some live boxing, **** Sky Friday Fight Night and their pishy commentary.
Chois opponent. http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=117835&cat=boxer Suffered a TKO loss to Esham Pickering back in 2003
We should really make this an Eastside classic - big noise for Choi! Choi, Choi will tear you apart again!
hehe, I like that a lot. I'm not going myself, no offence but even this show isn't good enough to get me to fly over from Ireland . But hope it's a good show and all those that go have a good time.
