I don't think he does, but he's trying to create some tension in the camp. And maybe get MAB's team to look a little differently at anyone with a camera.

Tactics don't start and end in the ring. The sooner you can disrupt your opponent, the better. I wouldn't be surprised if he actually did have a mole in the Barrera camp. I would do this sort of thing if I was a trainer.
Roach trains Hoya and now B-Hop. I highly doubt he would try and screw over another GBP star like that. I think he's just ****ing around.
