17th July is my first fight. Weigh in is on monday, Once that is out of the way what foods should i eat for the few days coming up to the fight?
If it isnt a tournament or something dont worry about weight so much, as long as you know you wont be OVER, youre good.... the day of the fight, eat whatever you want, just dont overeat... I wieghed in at 133 for a 145 lb fght, I walk at 133, the other kid was 144, and cut 10 lbs to make weight... Will help you keep your sanity ;-) You worked hard, did what you were supposed to, you will win.
