The bloke is already a legend on the lighter division in my books.

Moving to bantam when most would savour their dominance is an example of a true champion.

Vic's defence & his killer instinct has always made him predictable to me, but, it also has the ability to put opponents into survival mode which buggers up well laid plans.
    GO VIC!!!!:happy:happy:happy

He's weighed in bigger than Agbeko, I get the feeling they've nailed his preparation.

    9am Guinness' for me!

Agbeko looked good at the weigh, but Vic has death in his eyes. God the guy is bad ass..

Unfortunately not good enough to beat Adbeko. He fought with the wrong style and looked too one-dimensional for mine. Agbeko, on the other hand, fought smart and really frustrated Vic at times. The knockdown that was given in Vics favour was bull**** too, but hey, it happens in boxing right.

:deal he was honest he knows he lost fight by getting wound up and loading up. He can beat Agbeko but he allowed mind games to beat him.

Very off night for Vic, but I hope it teaches him to settle down and fight smart. Abeko did well dealing with Vic and won comfortably I thought.

Vic looked nothing like he did in his last few fights. He looked as if he had reverted back to his pre Donaire days.

In saying that Agbeko deserves alot of credit for the way he didnt let Vic bully him.

I can't remember Vic throwing one combination, always just loadin up that left. Agbeko threw his lead right at will and did well to neutralise Vic's offense. Both guy's landed some bombs, good fight, just not Vic's night.

its a shame, vic is much better than that, he was trying too much to knock him out & not boxing.
the better fighter won today, if vic boxed he would have won easily.

Whilst I agree Vic didnt fight a smart fight, no one can really say that. Agbeko took some flush shots and it didnt seem to bother him at all. Maybe Darchinyan isnt suited to bantamweight.

Whos to say Agbeko wouldnt have still won had Vic thrown more combinations and had a better game plan.

Good call RA, Agbeko took some pearler's, I think Vic should stay at super fly for a bit more before going to bantam again.
