I can see Khan winning every round in this fight. He will be in-out and away every 30 seconds and a points win...but with that chin it only takes one punch, shame Kotelnik ain't much of a puncher.
Yer, you are right. Kotelnik has no chance to tag Khan, especially since Limond, the UK-Malinaggi couldn't get him...
British hometown point decision!!! Anyone seen Kotelnik's fights with Mbaye and Witter on British soil?
Khan via UD. I see Khan going down at least once after getting drawn into a trade with Kotelnik but he'll still outfox Kotelnik with his speed. This is gonna be a great fight IMO.
Khan by close decision 114-113, and khan has to pick himself up off the mat in about round 3 or 4 to get the win.
This is EXACTLY what will happen. And what's with this "in and out, too accurate and fast" ****? That may work on the shot super bantams and ***ans out there but not the boys at light-welter.
Remember that Khan was sure he would walk right through Kotelnik until two weeks ago when he saw Marcus Maidana (26-1-0 with 25 KO's) destroy the favoured Victor Ortiz. In his last fight Kotelnik beat Maidana on points and took his best shots without faltering. Theres no way Khan will KO Kotelnik. His speed, not power, is the key to beating Andriy. Having said that though I can see Kotelnik knocking Khan out!
i have a sneaky suspicion that cuts will also play a big part in this fight. expect khan to be in an out up to mid to late rounds then after that things will change and kotelnik may land a few wobblers....
Khan will win a robbery stoppage. He will stun Kotelnik and force him back onto the ropes and throw combos that bang off of his 'shell' defence. The fight will be called off. However, I hope Kotelnik stops him, around the 9th.
**** this is a hard fight to pick because we don't know if Roach has really improved Khan since the Barrera fight. If he hasn't then I've got Kotelnik by decision.
