PBF is willing to pay JMM a million dollars as a step aside fee in order to fight Pacquiao. But PBF doesnt want a 50/50 split. is a million too high, too low or just right? How about not paying JMM at all...
Mayweather knows that Pacquiao is in search of an opponent with the Cotto talks not looking good so he's trying to take that position. Don't think team Pac will agree on anything below 50/50 and they have the right to do so.
I'm not a fan of MARQUEZ, but it's not fair on his part. That's DISRESPECT! He has to assert himself in that situation! You can't just be pushed over like that. Well, MARQUEZ team opted out for a mere $30,000 in the past, this is ONE MILLION without doing anything. Let's see how his manager/adviser REACTS WHEN THE TIME COMES. :hat
if PBF just announce that he wants to fight PAC right after the PAC vs Hatton bout we dont have problem...
Marquez is a higher risk with less reward than Pac. I don't blame PBF's camp for making that offer. ... Marquez won't take it though.
What are you saying $1 Mil just to step aside? In fact JMM should ask for more . . . like $1.5 Mil . . . He can then wait for Pacquiao WITHOUT suffering a loss . . . therefore the third fight can be bigger. Business buddy!
Marquez should take the money plus a guarantee on fighting the winner next (by contract), or at least PBF.
That's what I'm saying :yep . . . make the best out of the situation . . . it's business. You gave me an idea . . . I'll probably open a new thread for that.
