Both Tyson and Jones were amazing fighters in there primes, both had Power, speed, and an amazing ability to not just to beat there oppenent but to Humiliate and destroy them before are very eyes.

While we're talking about their physical primes, I'm gonna say Roy, cause he was stronger mentally and wouldn't just melt.

    I agree.

not just that,....Jones's dominance was far more to deal with than Tyson's was...but different.

If some of those early Tyson opponents would have just realized that after the first two or three rounds.....he discombobulated, then he would have shown more chinks early on.

Jones was just so damn fast and so much better than his opponent,...the only chance they would have ever had was landing the bomb on the sweet spot.

Jones was more unbeatable by far.

Jones. Physically more talented, mentally stronger.

Its close in my opinion, but a good bit of fighters went past 2 or 3 rounds with a prime Tyson and still ended up losing badly.

That fight happend after Kevin Rooney left, many would say tysons prime started in 86 and ended in 89.

Tyson was very capable of winning decisions in his prime.

That said, probably Roy Jones was more unbeatable in his prime.

Roy. it took him moving up and back down in weight to get beat. he wasnt the same after that. Tyson lost to a guy who no one gave a shot. at least roy lost to a legimate fighter who actually did something after he beat roy, unlike douglas

RJ went years without losing a round in a Championship fight. Not losing a fight but a round.

You can say he lost all you want but that was a DQ, so he never really lost in his prime.
