Not mad, and not stupid. It's not always about the result. If you want to use comparison's, how about Trinidad over De La Hoya.... Chavez over Whitaker... Tarver better ATG than Jones because he won 2 out of 3? want to keep goin?

Dude...you're the one who said Vitali ran Lennox into retirement which is completely false...I've just simply used your logical approach...Remember, you're the one who first said that Vitali ran Lennox into retirement...I could care less about those other fighters...its not that important to me...You got any proof that Vitali ran Lennox into retirement or this is just another opinion you pulled from your rabbit hat?

My bad if you took it the wrong way but one can imply that you're trying to imply that Vitali is better than Lewis in every aspect from reading your post.:good

i see... no no... i used to be a big lewis fan myself. after the vitali fight, i didnt change sides right away, i just wanted a rematch so badly, i thought vitali had his number minus the cuts. rematch never came... so i've been pissed ever since.
i cant help but think that if lewis fought kirk johnson instead, that lewis would've KOd him and retirement wouldn't have seemed necessary quite yet.

Fair enough...dont get me wrong...I'm a big Lewis fan (my favorite all time fighter) but I dont agree with every little thing he did...Vitali did deserve you a rematch but Lennox felt the need he needed to retire on top...I cant blame him for that...he's the only one who knows how his body can compete on the championship level...I think he made the right decision if his spirit and hunger isnt there.

  11. Do you think that the fact Lewis would have been 38 if he fought Vitali again had something to do with his retirement

If Vitali wanted to compare himself to Lennox Lewis in the terms of boxing legacy then he should have tried to become champion and rack up several defences.

    It is too late now.

Or he could have just grown dreadlocks and a beard and dished out some of that razor sharp hurting on his future opponents :think

Actually, is Haye the first man to fight VITLAY since Lewis that has both dreadlocks and beard?:shock::shock::shock::shock:

    :)

They did, after all, tear Vitali's face to shreds.

Those were good times at ESB.
