The guy punched himself in the face. I hate to say one single bad moment in the ring proves that the guy will never amount to nothing... but uhm.. yeah I am kinda saying that.. I mean seriously.. how many fighters have you seen, in all the fights you've watched, punch themselves in the face?!?!
It was his easiest opponent so far, i don't wanna judge him too soon but when i see how his body looks it just really **** me off, **** last time i was on gym about 6 months ago and did some running almost 4 months ago but i got 10% less fat than him. He need to sort it out....
I have been impressed with some of Tyson's Showings, but tonight really did suck unfortunately. He has great potential, he just really needs to become a real athlete and lose that flubber. The guy tonight was bull rushing him all the time and should have maybe been docked a point i thought in the 2nd round. Tyson looked sluggish and ineffective at fighting in the pocket tonight, hes really going to need to improve, and i hope he does =)
To be fair Fury acknowledged that the performance was a load of shite. He was injured which he claimed to still be carrying Didnt train, didnt spar and looking at his body it showed, the worst shape hes been in since his debut which he also didnt train for. This fight should be a wake up call for him to dismiss the hype and go back to the drawing board a reapply himself.
wtf man, 6 pro fights only and not a big amateur career. did you expect him in there with klitschko tonight? it was a filler fight before his english title fight and he admitted to being injured and out of shape...note he wasnt even on the undercard, TV knew it wasnt a big fight
eddie chambers exposing dimitrenko makes this guy look a lot more beatable all of a sudden. good, tall fighters like the klitschkos and lewis are few and far between. 6'7+ heavies these days get more hype than they deserve
He has just turned 21, he has done ok so far in the seven months since turning pro. He is 6ft 9 and that gives him huge advantages. but i agree, in his fights so far he does turn his head away when he is under pressure (even from his own fist! ), and he does need to condition. up close tonight he didn't look great, but time is on his side - he needs some top sparring and huge conditioning training.
Go and compare the combined records of Fury's and Wilder's opponents. There's only one fighter out of the two having his record padded.
Go and compare the amount of amateur experience both have had. Fury has had many more fights than Wilder. But if you go ask anybody who is the better prospect right now, most say Wilder, and I would agree with them.
Where did they dig up Mike Tyson's opponents in his early career? Fury has just started his career. He appears to have a lot of potential, but he needs time to mature.
so you can compare a young fury to a young tyson????? You think tyson fury is as impressive early on as mike ****ing tyson???atschatschatschatschatsch
