You are correct regarding margo and clottey holding titles at the time they fought. Margo had lost his title to P-dub and just beat cintron again and Cintron got that vacant title from Mark Suarez. While Clottey won his vacant title from Shamone Alvarez. So maybe i should say he doesn't fight for lineal championships and has never beaten the best man in the division. you get my point?
