From what I have heard, Bernard simply cannot let go of the fact he was soundly beaten by Calzaghe (no matter who you 'prefer', Calzaghe won the boxing match and that's that).

He is, quite literally, obsessed with doing whatever he can to get a rematch and still harbours hope that Calzaghe might make a comeback. If that happens, he'll jump straight in there and shout 'me, me, me' - unless Joe says 'I'm the undefeated fighter, I'm the one who beat you fair and square, so if you want me - come to the UK and fight' - at which point Bernard 'the great yet so often over-looked home-only fighter' Hopkins will tell everyone how he lost his passport and has developed a condition making it impossible for him to venture outside of the United States because of the size of his over-inflated ego.

So, that will be that and Bernard will flit around the division whoring himself out for fights for the next 3 years.

Retire. That's what should be going on.

My apologies. However, it does bear relevance as the fact is that B-Hop cannot let it go.

Whatever he is doing or planning now you be assured Calzaghe is in the back of his mind. The man is obsessed with it.
