He was the one who destroyed his own head by allowing those leeches to suck him dry , D'amato taught him right from wrong and his actions in the mid to later stages of his career were wrong as admitted in " Tyson " , he is an ATG yes but seriously lacked proffesionalism man i mean really lacked it !!!!!!!

Maybe it was all too much too soon for Iron Mike !!!!!!!!!

 

Very nice video. I've seen Tyson footage a million times, but I never get bored of it! Tyson's place or non-place among the HW legends is well debated & wil be for years to come.

However, in my view, there will never be another HW who was so good at such a young age & who, importantly, showed limiless potential to improve on the skills & ability they already had!

If THAT Tyson was active today, he would be one of the most avoided, if not THE most avoided fighter out there!

Great, great fighter! I always get a little sad whenever I see vintage Tyson footage, but that's because, like other fans probably, I wonder what if?

His peak was explosive, memorable, but short! Should have & would have been longer!

I love the video...I was hoping that you might be able to locate a picture for me, I used to have it on my wall when I was younger but have never been able to find it again. It's after mike tyson's release from jail...he has just one a fight and is standing in the middle of the ring with a title belt around either his waste, or shoulder...about 1000 people are in the ring, but they are all off to one side of the ring, Mike is just basically alone with his belt, either posing for the crowd or posing for the picture. I would really love to find this picture again. Thanks!
