How the hell does Ruiz "deserve" to be a contender, let lalone a mandatory contender?? He has lost 3 of his last five fights and his only victories were against some tomato can, and washed up former contender Jameel McCline.

That anyone would defend Ruiz as being rated in the top ten - let alone as a mandatory challenger astounds me. I don't like Haye jumping the cue, but he has a more legitimate claim to challenge for the title that this fraud!
