Listen, I come from a martial arts/boxing/wrestling background as did my 2 brothers. We always sparred and got into it with each other, but always with full gear and always just for fun (usually with dad as the ref). I think we'd all agree that it would be wrong to really fight each other regardless of any alterior motives that might exist. Lennox is one of my all time favorites, but he needs to quit stirring up bull**** just because he's bored. He should be training fighters in my opinion. It would keep him occupied and he could live vicariously through the fighters he trained.

Wlad would knock Gomez out. Gomez isn´t a great puncher and he was not fast. He was not the Juan Carloz Gomez he was at Cruiser.

In round 2 Vitali looks tired. He is 38 years old, not young for a boxer and Vitali fights very physically.

Since Chef is cooking for Wlad, he looks very fit and sharp ins his fights.

The rematch was going to be a huge PPV event with Lewis getting 15 mil plus. That is not enough of a reward for the risk?

I can guarantee you that in this current World economic climate Lewis is wishing he had that extra 15 million dollars right now.

I don't know if Lewis wasted a lot of money, bought 5 houses or some stupid ****. But back then (after the fight with Vitali) he probably already had $100m in the bank, give or take. You know, another $20m don't really change your lifestyle much at that level.

If he climbed back into the ring and gets a serious injury that would be far more life altering than the additional $20m.

I'd love to know how well Lewis is doing financially now. Anybody know what he's up to? I read that Calzaghe invested in "real estate all over the world" right at the peak 2006/2007. That kind of investment "wisdom" is the driver of all comebacks.

I like the "Wlad is predictable" comment from the first page. Yeah, very predictable. You can predict that he is going to hit the opponent until he 1.quits, or 2. gets ko'd. Honestly guys, yeah Wlad is predictable, you know THE JAB is coming over and over and over again. But if it's so easy to predict, why can't anyone solve that puzzle?

And please, if Chambers gets in the ring with Wlad or Vitali, he is going to get ko'd within the first 2 rounds. There are mismatches, and then there are MISMATCHES. Chambers vs Klitschko is a MISMATCH.

Lewis has the pride of a champion. It wasn't the conclusive ending he was used too(Given, when a guy has a cut that big, its dangerous to let him keep fighting. He didn't knock Vitali out, but he did stop him). I don't think its resentment that stirs Lewis, but I think his pride is hurt alittle bit.

Especially, coming from the perspective of another older guy, when you struggle mightily with a guy you're convinced you could have handled younger, it kinda stings.

what I do know is stocks and real estate are in the shitter right now. Unless he invested in gold or oil he has lost a considerable amount until the World economy turns around. I doubt he is "hurting" for money but like I said I bet he wishes he has an extra 15 mil or so right now.

    I bet he doesn't.

Lennox is ranked 600th in the Sunday Times 'Britain's Rich List 2009'. His fortune is recorded at £90m. That equates to about $147m.

Where's the contradiction?? It appears YOU don't understand the statement. Try reading it once or twice more. I do not need simplification or help understanding, apparently you do.

I do not see what i want to.

But i hope you are right. IMO 38 is not young for a fighter. And all these injuries?

You see their opponents after the fights and Klitschkos after the fights, Klitschkos look like they ran in a marathon, tired and smiling for the cameras. Their opponents look like something ran over them, busted up badly. IF the brothers fought for real they would have to harm each other and would look like their opponents after the fight.
