Who Would You Rather See Win? Cotto Or Pacman?

Miguel Cotto, very simple he plans on fighting on.
Pac want's to quit & become a mini politician.
I say give him a goodbye beatin' & "good Luck" in the election.

Cotto, think about it. He always gives us exciting fights, fights anyone they put in front of him and makes no excuses. He honestly is a legend in the making

 

i agree w the other poster. i really was not into this fight altho i can appreciate and think it will be fun to watch.

none of this 2 fighters i wanna lose, specially cotto who still needs a decisive win to get back on track. but between him and pac, there is more at stake with a pac win.

so it's either pac, or i am totally ok if this fight is cancelled due to disagreement in weight and belt.

 

Cotto hasn't been a blood and guts fighter in years. He's actually a boxer now. He gets sucked into brawls at times but for the most part, he looks to box.

Thats a big IF....like you said pac's only been caught once ( by hatton, who I think is somewhat heavy handed ). Is it cause diaz, hoya and hatton really slow OR pac made them look slow. I think Pac is that good.

Without a doubt the bloke has exceptional speed. I'm just intrigued to see what happens when he realises he can't just knock Cotto over and how he reacts to Cotto going to his body and landing elsewhere. I'm really not bothered who wins because, as I've said, I'm a huge fan of both:yep.

 

it is not a metter of who wins its a matter of how the winner will win that will be talked about in this fight. im rooting for my man cotto. he will shut all the nay sayers that he is a shot fighter and regain what was his, his pride of being a true boxer. i do believe the fight will be a challenge for both. i like both fighters but something tells me theres a lot more at stake in cottos corner and i believe he wants it more. that said cottos power, boxing skill, deceptive speed, footwork, ring cutting, effective body blows, and just pure pressure will define the outcome of the fight. later guys

hmm says... fan of both but I'm a bigger pac fan and want to witness history and the possible mega-fight Pac vs PBF.

 

yep. this is the only reason i would root for pac. it's such a tough call. i really want cotto to win, but at the same time, that would throw off the potential mega fight between pac and pbf and we may not get to see a cotto mosley rematch either. who knows if floyd will even fight pac when the time comes, though? i get the feeling more and more that he won't. i think i'm just gonna have to watch this fight and try to stay neutral... i don't know what else to do.

 

how do you figure? he's definitely gotten smarter, but name one recent fight he's had that hasn't been a WAR. the only one i can think of that wasn't a bloody mess was against mosley, but it was still an all out slugfest. he showed he's still a blood and guts fighter against clottey. did he let that disgustingly brutal cut slow him down? hell no. it definitely effected him, of course, but he still fought right through it without any complaints.
