Juan Urango vs Marco Maidana

Maidana would win this. He's faster, stronger and a big heart.

You guys see the Urango - Berto fight? He was so slow and predictable.

 

Urango early KO. Maidana's chin is poor.

 

I would root for Maidana for sure, but im not sure about the outcome. Urango is likely to be able to walk through everything Maidana has to offer. Then Maidana has a problem. He isnt that technical so he can stay away from Urangos power like a fast boxer like Berto can. But maybe i overrate Urangos chin. Maidana has heavy hands, and with his speed advantages he might be able to land pretty often with his hardest shots. To sum it up, this fight is about Urangos chin.

 

URango by KO. They are going to eventually stand and trade, I think URango has a way bigger pop than Ortiz, so when Urango lands, it is going to be good night.

torres - maidana would more or less be the same affair as well. jr.WW has got a lot of mouth watering match ups.

 

That is my point, I think Urango has more power than Ortiz, so when Urango hits him he is going to stay down.

 

Urango would probably make Maidana look like Pernell Whitaker in this match.

 

Maidana by decison or late rounds stoppage ... Urango is too wide and alot slower than Maidana.

I think when it comes down to it the advantages would go more towards Maidana.

Ortiz didn't knock Maidana down with hard punches, they were straight punches at times - he never saw coming.

Urango is very hittable and very slow ...

 

Alot of people think that Maidana beat Kotelnik so in many minds he's still undefeated !!
