Arreola is too young and too active to lose to Vitali and Vitali always has that excuse of his recent injurys watch when he gets knocked out the nay sayers here the ones saying Vitali will knock that fat ass out will be talking about his long lay off in activity and injurys all in the same thread.

Whereas I don't think Arreola has any chance against Wlad, he actually has a half-decent shot against Vitali...as good as anyone, I suppose.

I look at it like this...

-Arreola, if nothing else, has big power, especially in his right hand. Vitali has fantastic reflexes, but that's one of the first things to go with age. If Vitali is lacking in his defense, he will get caught, and the fight could be interesting.

-Despite being visibly chubby, Arreola's stamina really isn't all that bad. He may be able to keep pace with Vitali at least for awhile.

-Vitali is tall but not that much taller than Chris. He won't be punching up TOO much.

That being said, Vitali is the obvious favorite, and I think if nothing else, Arreola's plodding is what will do him in. You can't stand in front of Vitali...he has too far a reach and will just potshot you from the outside, which is what I expect to happen.

Arreola was getting hammered by Travis Walker before turning things around and that is very telling. I know that's random but I watched that fight again the other night and was reminded of how beatable Arreola really is. Vitali is gonna run him into the ground and that's all there is to it. Vitali is a wrecking machine in the ring and Arreola has all the makings of a guy who will plod towards him and get softened up for a stoppage.

i i think with Vitaly he will be in close which negates his jab and right hand , he still has an excellent uppercut but i think Arreola's short hooks will get their first i see a 5th round ko,tko or stoppage

    VITLAI will stop him

HAEY and AREROLA should have fought each other, that would've been a good and explosive fight. The winner would've actually had a legit claim to call out either Klitschko, although both would lose anyway

Here's hoping Arreola pulls off the upset. Can't see it happening though....

Oh, and Sean, it would take someone with great accuracy to be able to hit Rico in his microscopic pin head. That ****ing glass jawed Goomba!

Vitali will win by TKO and make Arreola look bad. Not because Arreola is that bad, he's the best opposition Vitali could find at this time, but because Vitali has that most awkward style that Arreola will find unable to adjust to. Arreola can't train or prepare for Vitali, you can't sign sparring partners that imitate Vitali's style in any way.

Vitali stands sideways, shoulder facing his opponent and lurches back when Arreola punches. Vitali has excellent reflexes and uses his height and reach almost perfectly.

Arreola will miss 90% of his own power shots and Vitali will counter 50% of those successfully with left hooks and straight rights. Vitali is able to fire from the most impossible angles, like few other fighters I've seen. Within 3-4 rounds Arreola will be mentally broken down because he realizes he is barely able to land anything meaningful while he is eating powershot after powershot from Vitali.

Well I want Proof too, but i wonder wa is just typical amateur stoppage by referee calling it off Arreola just being hurt?
