Pavlik/Williams: Yes or No?

Will Pavlik/Williams happen or not? All we got on Friday was more BS from Goosen. There were rumours on Saturday of a Pavlik/Green fight. Now Monday has come and gone, and there was no breaking news. So, will it happen? Yes or no?

Edit: it's Tuesday night now, and nothng but one rumour that they are still talking.

I would have liked to see see Williams clean house at 147 but no one wanted to fight him. This will be a good fight if it happens.
