Prince Naseem - he's the first guy to comes to mind.

Maybe not alltime great but a pretty good champ. His injuries and ego got in the way of a very promising career.

as said previously, Prince Naseem Hamed is the obvious choice as if he'd been more professional he'd have been the best ever at his weight imo.

Barry Mcguigan-Unlike many on here I'd of given a 50-50 chance against Azumah if he'd stepped up to the plate. However he didn't so thats that.

Laszlo Pap (spelling?) Not really his fault however.
Possibly Calzaghe if Kessler duffs him up.

 

Disobely Hurtado... had whittaker beating until he got sloopy, I wouldnt say all time great, but if he had the hunger like other fighters out there, he would have been great, i dont think all time great.

 

Ken Buchannon who had the misfortune to run into run into Duran,Guts and Laguna twice.Kinda puts Calzaghe's reign into perspective.
