You guys are a little too harsh yes Valero is unproven and for the most part his skills suck bad but he is a beast who punches very hard and throws often I wouldn't discount him so quick that said Bradley by decision.
You will come around...LOL! Did you see those angles he showed Campbell??? Dare I say they were "Hopkinsesque"??? He is a very complete fighter who is only getting better. Like I said a while back on that "other site" (haha), Bradley will be a mainstay in the p4p rankings. The kid is gonna be great.
Valero beats Bradley easier than most of you think. Bradley is good, but he hasn't done anything special. He decisioned Holt and was down twice. This is the same Holt that got a gift against Torres (win by headbutt). He beat Witter. I guess you can call that an accomplishment if you want to, but that's a reach. The Campbell fight didn't reach a definite conclusion and will more than likely be changed to a no decision. Bradley reminds me of Juan Diaz. Good, lots of heart, but not great and that has been proven with Diaz and will be with Bradley. Bradley's lack of power will hurt him against guys at the higher level. Whether you want to believe it or not, Valero can crack and as soon as he gets the chance to fight a so called great fighter you'll see. Look at Valero's record again and you'll see he wiped out guys that have gone rounds with guys with bigger names. Valero has special power and the guy has boxing talent. He just hasn't had to use it too much because no one has been able to stand up to him.
This poll NEEDS to have been made public. :-( Any selection other than "Bradley by decision" demands justification.
Whats does that got to do with Valero having great power and Bradley having suspect chin? I picked Bradley by UD you ****ing ******. You making it sound Bradley is an A level elite fighter..youre ****in delusional
Hey man and I agree you got to go Bradley by UD but Valero does punch damn hard and throws a good amount of punches hes crude as **** wont argue that but the fight is not a forgone conclusion as most are saying.
He punches hard at some lower weights...we've only even seen him stop one real lightweight...and that guy had just turned 39... Bradley's chin at 140 is proven, and Valero's power there is unproven. For me, discarding the puncher's chance theory is as simple as that for me. So putting that aside, when you get down to skill...well...:yep
True and well said the hook from Holt he took was of the highlight reel knockout variety and he was up in a couple seconds so if his chin isnt great his recuperative powers are also ..the punchers chance comes up short at least 80% of the time I still think Valero will cause some upsets that people wont see coming and he is a dangerous fighter I just hate to see fighters written off so blindly Valero has more than a shot in hell to win.
